What’s your MOQ for wholesale orders?

MOQ depends on the product and packaging. For many styles, you can mix SKUs to test best sellers first. Send your target total amount + style list, and I’ll confirm the MOQ fast.

How do I unlock wholesale pricing online?

On our online store, wholesale pricing unlocks when your cart reaches $1,200. If you’re building a mixed order and want help choosing fast movers, email me your list and I’ll guide you.

Do you ship from the US or from China?

Both. We have LA warehouse stock for faster US delivery and easier restocks. For larger volume, new drops, or OEM, we ship factory-direct from China. Tell me your timeline and ZIP code.

Can I mix different styles in one wholesale order?

Yes. Most buyers mix beakers, straights, recyclers, and small accessories in one order to build a balanced shelf. Share your price range and customer profile, and I’ll suggest a clean mix.

What joint sizes do you offer?

The most common joint sizes are 14mm and 18mm. Some models also come in 10mm. If you need matching bowls, downstems, or angled joints, send the specs and we’ll match compatible parts.

Do you support OEM / custom logo and packaging?

Yes. We support OEM/private label including logo, label, and custom boxes. Typical OEM lead time is 20–25 days (then shipping). If you want, I can send packaging options and a simple cost plan.

Can you provide HD photos for my listings?

Yes. For many SKUs we can provide clean HD images so you can list faster on your website, marketplaces, or social pages. Just tell me which links/SKUs you need.

What if items arrive damaged or have a quality issue?

We keep after-sales simple: photo → credit / replacement. Send clear photos + carton label + order info. Once confirmed, we resolve it quickly. For shipping issues like detained/lost parcels, our team covers it with clear compensation rules.

How fast is fulfillment and delivery?

It depends on the channel:

LA warehouse: ships fast for US restocks.
Order Online (factory-direct): typical delivery is about 15–20 days.
