How to Request a Replacement
- Take clear photos of the issue.
- Email sales@cloverpipe.com within 7 days of receipt.
- Include your order number and description of the issue.
- We’ll confirm and reship from China within 3–5 business days.
Important Notes
- No need to return broken products.
- Custom/private label items are only eligible for replacement if damaged.
- Used or unsellable items are not returnable.
