We take glass seriously. If any product arrives broken or incorrect, we’ll send you a replacement — quickly and at no extra cost.

✔ Free Replacement for Broken Items
Just send us photos of the damaged goods within 7 days. We’ll reship from our China factory directly, not from overseas warehouses.

What's Covered

  • Broken glass on delivery
  • Incorrect items shipped (wrong model, size, or color)
  • Missing products in the shipment

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Take clear photos of the issue.
  2. Email sales@cloverpipe.com within 7 days of receipt.
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue.
  4. We’ll confirm and reship from China within 3–5 business days.

Important Notes

  • No need to return broken products.
  • Custom/private label items are only eligible for replacement if damaged.
  • Used or unsellable items are not returnable.
